Our Refund & Exchanges Policy is simple. If you are unsatisfied with our products for any reason, simply return them with a note telling us why you were unsatisfied, and we will refund the purchase price.

If you are unsatisfied with our product for any reason. For example, if you think our beans are poor quality, the wrong bean or damaged packaging.

You have 30 days from receiving your product to let us know you would like a refund.
